That is probably the only feature I'd want to change nearly this game. Forced pvp is always a bad idea. As I've learned over a decade of playing wow on a pvp server the but time 99% of people want to "pvp" is when they can't lose. Attacking afk people, using glitches or exploits, attacking low levels, etc.

In a game where it'due south all nearly standing effectually AFK getting things washed, this pretty much kills your progress for x hours or even days depending on how long you wanted to let your grapheme unattended.

Actually it seems you practice, while they may not be able to loot you it did destroy a bunch of fish in my inventory. Non sure how it works equally this was my offset death but it had a whole slew of "(varrying types of fish) was destroyed"
But yeah...I mean I consider the fact I can afk fish while I work for 12 hours a bonus and an crawly feature, saves me f rom needing to grind and horde (money anyway) while I'yard on. So it is pretty abrasive.
I'll but fish from the solid embankment from now on. I wish I had started fishing with an alt that I wouldn't bother leveling past 49..Deceit change that now lol.
Then much for any of the rules I have read regarding pvp in this game....wtf. I left my guy afk fishing off the dock in Velia and I come back and it says I was killed by ____
I'm sorry to hear you were killed in such a fashion, but i'm very glad to know it'southward possible.. now I can avoid it.

im not sure about this game equally ive barely started playing it but it seems in nearly games the penalty for ganking is pretty mild.
i once suggested a system that penlized the ganker by putting them in "wanted"status for a certain corporeality of play fourth dimension. if they got caught by guards or any other player and were defeated in battle. they were executed and grapheme was perma expressionless. OR prison house time. your character is rendered unplayable for a certain amount of time and upon release you accept a massive skill/level downwards grade. nobody liked that idea......
Karma gets farmed up again quickly from what I can get together and the channels are so crowded that it gets kind of stupid. Got ganked iii times yesterday in two different zones in 3 different channels.
It'southward pretty demotivating considering there is not much you tin do about information technology. People are higher level and take better gear and claim farming spots way beneath their level for their own - like the unabridged area non but a footling loop, as soon equally they see you they attack.

You act like there's really a issue for dying. There isn't. No xp loss, no gear damage, no boodle drop. You literally respawn 100 feet away with everything in tact.
